Barbara Walters, 'one of the tribe' as my fellow bloggers say, is on a fact-gathering quest to find out where heaven is, and how to get there (ABCNews). Well good for you Barbara! I sincerely hope you find it and pass the message on to the millions who watch you.
"For centuries, humanity has pondered profound questions about the possibility of an afterlife in Heaven. Nearly nine out of 10 people in the United States say they believe in heaven, according to a recent ABC News poll. But what exactly do people think of when they think of an afterlife and what do they believe is required to get there?"
I'd like to share with you something Rabbi Laitman told me in one of our first meetings: It is possible for us to exist in two parallel worlds at the same time - this world that we are all familiar with and the upper world (or heaven) that is only accessible to people who have "crossed the barrier" between this world and that other world. So you don't need to die in order to get there and enjoy it. You can enjoy it right here and now - in this lifetime - every single hour of every single day.
All you need is the method for rising upward - and that method that was kept secret for thousands of years until we would become sophisticated enough to use it - is now openly available to all.
This is an ancient, scientific method for attaining the Upper World. It has its own mathematical, methodological and psychological system. It investigates fully the mechanics of man's inner world and demonstrates how in any situation one can go beyond his internal sensations in order to attain the external ones, even before they start affecting our five organs of perception.
Equipped with the Kabbalistic methodology, a man, remaining in its physical body, living in our world, can sense beyond the limitations of his egoistical “body”’ i.e. his desire to receive. He can acquire the ability to sense the world outside himself.
