A Sign of The Times: Spammers are Winning The War

Take note of a sign of the times - not a very good sign - the spammers are winning the war and I guess that is the way it has to be while our egos are still growing and making us completely out of sync with nature.

I don't often post about my professional stuff but I wil make an exception in this case of a bunch of Russian spammers winning the war against an Israeli company no less, that came up with a solution for fighting spammers by assaulting them on behalf of their registered clients - I'm one of them!

But it's actually a little more interesting than that - I was at the founder's home about a year ago to discuss the new startup. They didn't end up hiring me in the end for the branding but rather chose Blue Security on their own, which is a pretty cool name. You still don't understand - Eran Reshef is the founder of Sanctum and is connected to a bunch of security related companies like Skybox Security (my branding!) They got $3M for Blue Security before they had anything working.

So what we have here is an Israeli (person or company - it's one and the same) that excels at security - Israel and Security and major defeat! That is extremely unusual and should really make everyone sit up, take notice and wonder wonder the heck is going on because it's really sort of unatural if you know what I mean.

I just uninstalled the Blue Frog but I wish Eran Reshef and his gang all the best in getting back on top of the pyramid where they belong ASAP.

The bloggers are gonna have a field day with this one!

How Low Can We Go: Suicidegirls.com

The fact that a site called www.suicidegirls.com is one of the fastest growing online communities is definitely a sign that we've hit rock bottom as a society. 

This is a feature about a nice Jewish girl who shows off her gross tatoos and other nauseating stuff on the site.  Personally I couldn't care less if these are Jewish women - any woman taking off her clothes for anyone other than her husband is completely opposite to our ideal form.  At the root of everything we are modestly clad so as not to distract the men from drawing the Light down to this world.

The name is very upsetting - but it's right on target - these girls are as close to suicide as you can get without actually taking a gun and shooting yourself in the head.

Our Escalating Egoism - Part I

There are signs all around us of our escalating egoism.  Who cares you may be asking?  We should all care because the fact that we are out of sync with nature is the cause for all the chaos in our lives today in the form of terror, global warming, war, escalating (celebrity) crime, etc.

So if you don't know what I'm talking about here are some examples showing very clearly how much this generation's egoism (or 'will to receive' as we say in kabbalah) has gotten way out of control. It's not necessarily a bad thing - it just shows how our basic traits are becoming more pronounced and amplified with every passing minute - and that is totally opposite to nature that is perfectly balanced and harmonious.

Sign #1: $100,000 and up Bar-Mitzvah's.  Obviously one of the biggest signs of our worshipping of materialistic values would have to be from North America with a special focus on 'the Tribe'.  But these guys have been outdone - about a year ago I was invited to a Bar Mitzva at the King David Hotel in Jerusalem (where US presidents stay when they come here) with 300 guests flown in from New York to participate. 

Sign #2: ABC's Surviving Holiday Break Ups.  Why should we settle when there may be something better around the corner?  Like Rav Laitman said at the Vienna Congress this weekend - there is no such thing as a perfect relationship and never will be till the end of correction.  We're going to keep coming back to this world and being in unfulfilling relationships until we get down to the nitty gritty  work of transforming our nature.

Sign #3: This Tookie affair - why should someone who murdered 4 people not have to take his punishment?  Anyone who thinks he should get off is under the illusion that this person has changed but we don't ever really change - our original "programming" just gains more experience with each passing year.  So even though we may appear to be better or nicer people it's just because "the program" has figured out a better way for implementing our desires. The crime itself captured everyone's attention and that is exactly what he has continued doing for the last 25 years because that is his basic nature. 

Of course this list could go on and on but I will stop here for now.

Evidence From The Past Helps Understand Our Current State

So now we've uncovered a palace from our past - ... Israeli archaeologist Eilat Mazar believes the evidence she has uncovered during months of excavation and biblical comparison points to an extraordinary discovery. She believes she has found the palace of King David ....

It's interesting how a lot of these things from our past are turning up all over the place lately.  Maybe it's just to signify much more important processes taking place like today's young kabbalists actually attaining these states or at least getting closer ....

I tried to find something about King David's palace on kabbalah.info - in the end I found something related to music:

Bnei Heichala means “the sons of King’s Palace,” those desiring to reach the Palace of the King. The King’s Palace is Bina - the property of bestowal, the force of the Creator, the spiritual. The sons are those who yearn to resemble the King in their properties, to become like Him. The word for “Son” (Ben) derives from the word for “understands” (Havana). They yearn to understand the King, and through their understanding, come closer to Him and feel Him.

Hence, Bnei Heichala are the souls aspiring to attain the state of uniting the King in His Palace. For this, they are ready to pass the entire system of corrections, change themselves from the beginning until the end - from the nature in which they were created to the nature of the King, as it is written: “Returned the sons of Israel to the height of their God.” This is what this song is about.

When we reach such a state and become Bnei Heichala, it is called The Final Correction. This is why we sing this song during Mincha (evening prayer) on Shabbat. Shabbat symbolizes the ascents, during which this entire world rises to the Upper World completely and then we all enter the palace of the King.

This is how it is going to be at the end of the development of all humanity - The Final Correction. However, there are souls that are already attaining this state today. This is expressed in three ascents of the Worlds on Shabbat. Those who undergo their individual correction, who study Kabbalah, feel three ascents on Shabbat. The first ascent - in the evening, during the onset of Shabbat; the second - the next day, Shabbat morning, and the third, the biggest ascent during Mincha, at the end of day, when Shabbat ends. And then, during this highest state, we sing the song Bnei Heichala.

The lyrics of this song are composed by the Holy Ari, and the melody - by Baal HaSulam. For this reason, due to the unification of The Ari and Baal HaSulam in one composition, we, entering into this song, really reach the highest ascent that a Kabbalist can experience before the general Final Correction, whereas the entire world rises to that very Palace.

Thus this is a very elevated song, like an anthem of that ascent. This state, so far, is being attained only by those who study Kabbalah, and later, as we expect, all of humankind will attain it.

Yup - '95 is the year kabbalists from our time wrote about - the year the world would be awoken to discovering the purpose of Creation:

It is said in the book of Zohar, written in 200 AD, that the time will come - the prediction is very precise – 1995 – when humanity will enter a phase of such an egoistic development that it will not be able to be fulfilled by the bodily desires such as for wealth, power, or knowledge, and will begin to search for something that is beyond this world. And then the science of Kabbalah, which was concealed for thousands of years, must be revealed (beginning in 1995) and offer everyone its knowledge. If this does not happen then, as the science of Kabbalah says, humanity will enter a period of disorientation and disillusionment, and drugs will flood humankind. This happens because mankind does not understand, know or see the point of its existence.

Do you see any signs of escalating egoism?  People killing each other in malls to get their hands on a few more material things might be a clue ...

America Can't Handle The Truth (Neither Can Israel)

I don't like to generalize and of course this isn't true for all Americans, but there are lots of signs that Americans can't handle the important message kabbalah has to convey at the moment.  Despite all the recent disasters they still don't understand that kabbalah is the key to eliminating human suffering. 

This issue is of course even more urgent in Israel that is supposed to be sharing the science of kabbalah with the entire world.  But Israelis will only wake up once they see Americans listening to one of their own. In the meantime all this hostility directed at Israel is totally justified.  It's all pushing us to get our act together before it's too late.

Sign #1: Rabbi Laitman was in the middle of writing a very important book with a high profile philosopher who belongs to some major American association - I don't want to mention which here - this is just to give you a general idea - halfway through the project the philosopher said that he would have to stop because as a representative of that association - he cannot admit to the public that there is a problem.  Especially since he doesn't have a ready-made solution to provide them with in the manner they are used to receiving solutions from authorities. 

Sign #2:  On a much smaller scale but still significant - I've been posting regularly about Kabbalah on a fellow blogger's site, have even been asked on occasion via e-mail to comment on certain posts - and of course that blogger used to comment here on my blog as well - and all of a sudden today one of my comments was removed - I thought it was a mistake so I reposted - and again it was immediately removed - and I also noticed that I was suddenly yanked from that person's blogroll (!!) 

There is nothing new under the sun - when some people 'get it' they drop everything else and jump aboard to pitch in - and others can't run fast enough in the other direction.  It's very understandable because these people are being faced with something HUGE that they are not used to encountering in their daily life.

Hopefully electricity will be restored in Florida ASAP, but the repercussions of the latest tragedy in Israel will go on for decades. I know the events in the U.S. and Israel (and the blogosphere!) may not seem related but they are.  And isn't it interesting that this latest attack in Israel took place smack on the day that Bill Gates was in Israel. There are no coincidences.

First Floods, Now Fire

Do we need any more hints than this latest catasrophe in Los Angeles? Having just scraped through one of the craziest Hurricane seasons ever, the U.S. is now facing the fall wildfire season.

Brace yourself America: the climatologist was quoted, "If the Santa Anas keep coming like the hurricanes have, it could be bad," he said.

How interesting that Britney the brand new Mom had to evacuate just 2 weeks after giving birth!

No Such Thing As A Coincidence

A client of mine was just here for a meeting. We got into a very long discussion about Kabbalah, and of course he forgot his notebook (and actually just came back to pick it up as I started writing this). This is perfectly normal.

A fellow blogger of mine just had a similar experience. He visited my new blog yesterday, left a comment, updated my link on his site to the new domain etc., and all of sudden got a very unusual kabbalah sign from Above.

This is something I forgot to mention in my Monster-In-Law post. Jennifer Lopez runs into the man of her dreams (in the movie) about three times in a matter of two days - and she knows that there has to be a reason. She's absolutely right. We get signs all the time but often choose to ignore them because change requires effort. And we are very lazy by nature.

All we do throughout the day is simply to reach a state where we can chill out at the end of it all and do absolutely nothing. That is because in the Upper World life is like that all the time. There is no hustle and bustle up there because we're all connected as one so there is no need for any of that. That is why the Sabbath (a day of total rest) was created so we could start training for that type of existence. Actually everything we do in the other six days is all just for achieving the state of "Shabbat".

Kabbalists are people that can achieve that state of Shabbat any time they want. A few times a week, or even a few times a day. But don't expect to ever catch them with their feet up on the sofa watching tv. Our guys get up at 3:00AM every single morning for a 3-hour lesson that is broadcast on Israel TV and to the rest of the world on www.kab.tv.

So what am I trying to say? If you're reading this - don't kid yourself. It's not by chance. You may not do anything about it right now but don't expect the signs to be there forever. There's always your next incarnation. Me? I'm not planning on coming back to this world. I've set my sights on a better place and I have every intention of getting there.
